Refund Policy
-
Restocking Fee
-
A $500 restocking fee will be applied to all cancellations or refunds requested immediately after the order is placed.
-
Non-Refundable Orders
-
Due to the made-to-order nature of our camper systems — each built specifically for your truck and configuration — all orders become non-refundable after 15 days from the date of the initial order. After this 15-day period, we begin acquiring materials and preparing for production of your system, which is why changes or cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
-
Exceptions
